The position demands automotive retail expertise, hands-on management of Google/Meta ads, SEO, inventory marketing and content. A strong track record in scalable growth and ROI focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Dealer.com, VinSolutions, vAuto, Autotrader, Cars.com and Google Business Profile is highly valuable.
• Competitiveness, data-driven mindset, creativity, speed, and high accountability are required; direct reporting to ownership and managing multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads / Paid Search, Facebook & Instagram advertising.
• Own SEO, local search, website conversion and landing pages.
• Lead generation for new/used inventory, service, and fleet marketing.
• Manage budgets, attribution and ROI reporting to ownership.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and track performance.
