Salary Range: $24,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

Glockner Family of Dealerships is seeking professional individuals to enhance our sales team. An Automotive Sales Rep will become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

Great pay with commission plus bonuses!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
• Answer customer questions about new and used cars, vehicle specifications, and the loan application process
• Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive automotive sales
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Have good in person and phone communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

No previous car sales are required but previous experience with sales is preferred.

Applicants must have clean driving records and must be able to work a full-time schedule and Saturdays.
