Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease.
• Answer customer questions about new and used cars, vehicle specifications, and the loan application process.
• Use CRM software to maintain a customer database to drive automotive sales.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
