Job summary

PGW Auto Glass LLC in Yankton, SD, is seeking a customer service professional to support paint orders, schedule automotive glass repairs, and handle price quotes. The role requires strong written and verbal communication and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

You will work with callers and emails, assist with inventory questions, process data entry and invoicing as needed, and pursue online leads, including familiarity with eBay and ecommerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have good customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well with others under frequent interruptions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.
• Work with customers to schedule repair or replacement of automobile glass via phone, email and walk in.
• Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes
• Call center functions to provide quality customer service
• Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
• Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, which may include, data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and/or customer service inquiries.
• Generate sales/buys from online leads
• May require an understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites
• Assume other duties as assigned.
