Caliber Auto Glass is seeking a General Manager in the Northern Virginia area to lead center operations, risk management, and teammate development. The role drives client metrics, production, and administrative functions to ensure repairs meet safety and profitability standards.

The GM will reward and retain top performers, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities from monthly metrics while aligning with SOPs and insurance requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
• Must have a valid drivere22s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

Aufgaben

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor current and review previous monthe22s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure our teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with SOPs, insurance partners, and industry standards.
