Job summary

Caliber Auto Glass is hiring a General Manager to oversee the center's operations, drive safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will manage production, administration, and risk while leading a team to deliver quality repairs and outstanding service.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, staff development, and adherence to SOPs with opportunities for career growth and paid trainings. Industry pay is offered, with weekly payroll and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center's overall operation and risk management.
• Develop teammates, monitor client metrics, production and administration.
• Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates; drive engagement and performance.
• Monitor current financial performance metrics and review last month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with SOPs.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate job opening for a General Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but is not limited to the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will also reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. General Managers must ensure our teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced understanding of Estimates
• Must have prior experience with OEM
• Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures, scanning process
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
