Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance tasks with quality service.
• Demonstrate guest service by clear communication and accurate service updates.
• Keep the service area clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift.
• Assist junior technicians and mentoring where needed.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues.
