Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Waxhaw, NC service centers. The role involves tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance, with paid training and opportunities for career advancement. Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
