Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring General Service Technicians in Wake Forest, NC. Full-time roles include paid training, benefits, and opportunities to advance within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.
• Paid training provided to develop job-specific skills.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion
