Job summary

Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Harrisburg, NC area. We offer competitive weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance within the company.

As a General Service Technician, you will perform essential maintenance and tire services, including tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections. We provide paid training, benefits, and room for career growth.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Perform flat tire repairs and oil/filters changes.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids; basic maintenance and inspections.
• Identify maintenance concerns and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow established safety and service procedures and ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
