Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Fayetteville, NC area centers. We provide paid training, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within the nation's largest automotive service organization.

Responsibilities include tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, checking fluids, basic maintenance, and safety procedures. 18+ and work authorization preferred; $800 new hire bonus available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hands-on automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
