Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians for our Murfreesboro, TN centers. Join a large automotive service network with paid training and opportunities for advancement. This full-time role supports tire services, oil changes, and routine vehicle maintenance.

As part of Team Mavis, you’ll develop hands-on skills, work with experienced technicians, and contribute to safe, quality service for customers. A strong safety mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
