Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring General Service Technicians for our Chattanooga, TN centers. We offer paid training, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic team environment within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Successful candidates will perform tire services, preventive maintenance, and other tasks to keep customers safely on the road. This full-time role includes a competitive weekly pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsabilités

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
