Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Knoxville, TN service centers. This role involves tire mounting, balancing, oil changes, and basic maintenance, with paid training and opportunities to advance within a large automotive network.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on automotive environment.

Responsabilités

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
