Mavis Tires & Brakes, through Pep Boys, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Bloomington, IN centers. You will perform essential maintenance and tire services, including mounting, balancing, oil changes, and inspections, while receiving paid training and weekly pay.

A new hire bonus of $800 is offered to support your start with the company. We emphasize safety, reliability, and teamwork, with clear opportunities to grow into senior technician or leadership

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Help ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
