PEP BOYS / Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians for our Niles, OH area service centers. You will perform essential maintenance and tire services, learning from experienced auto professionals while growing your hands-on skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hands-on automotive setting.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
