Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians in the Niles, OH area to support our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers. This full-time role includes paid training, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth within a nationwide organization.

As a General Service Technician, you will perform essential tire services, basic maintenance, and inspections, while working alongside experienced automotive professionals to build hands-on skills and a long-term automotive

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
