PEP BOYS / Mavis Tire in Boardman, OH is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis in the company’s automotive service centers. You’ll perform essential tire services, maintenance, and basic inspections alongside experienced technicians to help keep customers safely on the road.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes and vehicle fluid checks.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures.
• Assist in ensuring timely completion of customer vehicles.
