Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our service centers in the Niles, OH area. No experience is needed; paid training is provided, and eligible technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period totaling up to $800.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you will install new tires and wheels, rotate and balance tires, perform flat repairs, and follow safety procedures while helping meet customer delivery

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels.
• Rotating and balancing tires.
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
