Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in the Dayton area is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive centers in Trotwood, OH. The role includes hands-on tire and maintenance tasks, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
