Sun Auto Tire & Service in Portland, OR is seeking a General Service Technician to get under the hood, learn, and grow with our team. You’ll perform tire work, oil changes, and light maintenance while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some knowledge of basic automotive systems preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Tire mounting, dismounting, balancing & rotation.
• Oil changes and light vehicle maintenance.
• Multi-point inspections & documenting vehicle conditions.
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Requires driving vehicles in a safe and courteous manner; pick up parts and transport customers as needed.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports concerns to supervisor.
• Support team with other assigned tasks.
• Adheres to Sun Auto’s policies and procedures.
