Job Description
The Lube and Tire Technician, or General Service Tech, is an entry-level position. You will undergo comprehensive training covering all aspects of the role, performing maintenance services, and working as part of a team to deliver excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include changing, mounting, and installing tires, tire repair and balancing, oil changes, tire rotation, basic automotive maintenance like battery installation, and training in alignments and brake services.
Compensation: The hourly rate is $16 - $17, based on experience, with potential incentives.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, automotive experience, own basic tools or participation in a tool purchase program, a valid driver’s license, being at least 18 years old, a positive attitude, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work overhead.
Preferred qualifications include automotive technician or tire experience.
