Job Description

The Lube and Tire Technician, also known as General Service Tech, is an entry-level role offering comprehensive mechanic training from day one. You will perform maintenance services on guest vehicles, working as part of a team to deliver excellent guest experiences and ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

1. Changing, mounting, and installing tires
2. Wheel removal, tire repair, balancing, and patch/plug repairs
3. Lubrication and oil changes
4. Inspecting and rotating tires
5. Basic automotive maintenance such as battery installation
6. Training to perform alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance

Compensation

The hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00, based on experience, with potential incentives and additional compensation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED
• Automotive experience
• Own basic mechanic tools or participate in the tool purchase program
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, and lift 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive Technician or Lube and Tire experience
