Job Description

The Lube and Tire Technician at Monro, also known as General Service Tech, is an entry-level automotive technician position, ideal for starting your career in automotive service. From day one, you'll participate in comprehensive mechanic training covering all aspects of your role. As a General Service Technician, you'll be a vital team member performing maintenance services on guest vehicles, working together to deliver 5-star guest experiences, and ensuring customer vehicles are safe and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Changing, mounting, and installing tires
• Wheel removal, tire repair, balancing, and patch/plug repairs
• Lubrication and oil change services
• Inspecting and rotating tires
• Basic automotive maintenance such as battery installation
• Training provided for alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance

Compensation

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience, plus incentives (if applicable). Additional compensation and incentives may apply.
