Job Description

The Lube and Tire Technician, also known as General Service Tech, is an entry-level position ideal for starting your automotive career. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one, learning to perform maintenance services on guest vehicles. Your role is crucial in delivering a 5-star guest experience, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for our customers.

Pay is based on experience, plus incentives if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Changing, mounting, and installing tires
• Wheel removal, tire repair and balancing, tire patching/plugging
• Quick lube duties such as oil changes and lubrication
• Inspecting and rotating tires
• Basic automotive maintenance like battery replacements
• Training in alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance

Compensation

The hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $19.00, depending on experience. Additional incentives may apply.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED
• Automotive experience
• Own basic mechanics tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
• Ability to work overhead, stand long hours, lift 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive technician or tire experience
