Position Overview:

As a General Service Technician at Hogan Tire and Auto, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while working collaboratively with our team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Effective communication with customers and team members.
2. Perform basic general service maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, brake inspections, tire inflation, and other preventative services.
3. Perform tire repairs, including patching, plugging, replacement, and balancing, following manufacturer specifications and proper torquing procedures.
4. Embrace onboarding and ongoing training using mobile learning systems, POS operating systems, and mentoring on service procedures, safety protocols, and operating processes.
