Job summary

You will aim for strong customer service scores, meet sales and profitability targets, manage reconditioning and ICC compliance, and support digital retailing initiatives.

The role requires leadership, F&I process knowledge, and a track record of driving sales through coaching and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in auto dealership management.
• Experience in auto financing and F&I processes; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage P&L, pricing, inventory, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations across sales, finance, inventory, and pricing.
• Drive customer service excellence and achieve NPS targets.
