Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is looking for a General Manager to inspire the team, grow Professional Customer relationships, and drive sales with integrity.

The role blends store operations, parts knowledge, and customer service to meet financial targets, with a demanding schedule of 50-55 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends. You will coach and develop Team Members, oversee inventory and safety, and work to optimize P&L performance while delivering excellent DIY and professional customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in retail.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Recruit, hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Lead inventory and operational standards; manage on-duty coverage and safety.
