Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager to inspire teams, grow our DIY and professional customer base, and achieve financial targets.

The role requires strong store systems understanding, parts knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and drive program growth. The GM will lead hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management for 10–20 team members, with a schedule averaging 5–6 days a week and 11-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in business (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in retail, with profitability and business acumen demonstrated.

Responsabilités

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales; hold team accountable to action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Coach Team Members to meet Customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Duty manager responsibilities including safety, floor/phone management, and open/close tasks.
• Lead change management and foster an inclusive environment.
