Job summary

Meineke Car Care is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead one of our centers in Indianapolis. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team of technicians and service advisors, drive sales, and maintain high safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, communicating service recommendations clearly, managing costs, and monitoring KPIs such as labor efficiency and CSI to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive repair, service, or retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive sales and manage KPIs.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality and integrity.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
• Experience with POS and shop management systems a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Position Summary

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
