Volkswagen Unionville is seeking a Receptionist/Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will manage the dealership's front desk, handle incoming calls, greet guests, and provide information in a courteous, professional manner.

You will also support the sales management team with administrative tasks for New/Pre-Owned vehicles, maintain records, process payments, and coordinate communications. This role offers training, benefits, and opportunities within our automotive group.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel/Word) and basic admin tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and maintain a professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a multi-line telephone system and route calls professionally.
• Take detailed messages and respond to emails promptly.
• Assist sales management with administration of New/Pre-Owned vehicles.
• Maintain reception and customer waiting areas; update phone listings as needed.
• Process customer payments, petty cash, and cheque requisitions.
