Qualifications

• Previous receptionist/front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Comfortable handling multiple phone lines and in-person visitors.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude; dealership software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors entering the dealership.
• Assist with customer check-in and determine needs.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls on a multi-line system.
• Direct customers to sales or service departments.
• Provide brochures and basic dealership information.
• Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling).
• Create key tags and manage vehicle key organization.
• Support showroom operations and maintain a professional front desk.
