VIP Automotive Group’s Merrick Jeep is seeking a friendly Automotive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will greet guests, handle check-in, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department while maintaining a polished front desk and advancing showroom operations.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with multi-line phones and basic software use.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors entering the dealership.
• Assist with check-in and determine customer needs.
• Answer and route phone calls on a multi-line system.
• Direct customers to sales or service departments.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in customer experience:

• Greet customers and visitors entering the dealership
• Assist with customer check-in and determine needs

Qualifications
