Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service or automotive reception is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Provide general information about services, hours, and departments.
• Support check-in/check-out processes and maintain accurate customer information.
• Coordinate with service, parts, body shop, and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and handle administrative tasks as assigned.
