Job summary

HCR Personnel Solutions Inc. is seeking a Production Labourer to join an automotive manufacturing team in London, Ontario. You will assemble components, operate machinery, and ensure quality throughout the production process while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

Shifts include day, afternoon, and night with weekly pay and 4% vacation pay. A valid forklift license, strong reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods are required. Accommodations available upon request.

Qualifications

• Forklift license from a recognized training center.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Completed high school diploma or equivalency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear criminal background.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components in an automotive production setting.
• Operate and monitor machinery to maintain quality standards.
• Load, unload, and move products and materials using a forklift/tugger/reach truck.
• Stock, pack, and unpack goods; transport materials as needed.
