We are seeking skilled Ford Truck Service Technicians to join our high-volume, stand-alone truck shop. We offer top compensation, a positive work environment, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the business. Integrity and ethics are essential qualities for our technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Discussing repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor
• Communicating additional service requests
• Planning work procedures and providing labor estimates
• Monitoring repair progress and maintaining documentation
• Mentoring trainees and attending training sessions
• Staying current with factory technical bulletins and regulations

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 months of related experience and training
• Authorization to work in the USA
• Ability to pass background checks, MVR, and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
