Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Fleet Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role collaborates with Mike Albert to keep vehicles properly titled, registered, and renewed while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will maintain fleet records, manage vendor relationships, and monitor the fuel card program. You’ll also generate telematics reports and support field leadership with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain and fleet management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

In this role, your essential job functions will include the following:Work collaboratively with our Fleet Management Company (Mike Albert) to maintain all vehicles with up-to-date titles, registrations and renewalsEnsure fleet compliance with state and federal vehicle regulationsTrack and maintain accurate fleet records and documentation and coordinate with vendors and agencies to resolve title or registration issuesMaintain and process powers of attorney related to vehicle transactions and ensure proper documentation for vehicle transfers, registrations, and disposalsCoordinate with legal, vendors, and state agencies on required documentationAdminister fleet fuel card program for all drivers and monitor fuel transactions for accuracy, misuse, and cost controlMaintain driver and vehicle assignments within fuel systemSupport fleet telematics operations, including managing device inventory (collecting unused devices, fulfilling device requests, and shipping devices to vehicles as needed)Maintain accurate driver and vehicle assignments across all fleet platforms (Azuga, WEX, Mike Albert Overdrive, and NetSuite) when changes occur, such as driver transitions to a new vehicleGenerate and distribute telematics reports on utilization, mileage, driver behavior, and vehicle performance to support field awareness and leadership decision-makingCoordinate vehicle repair and maintenance activities, working primarily through Mike Albert and directly with vendors as neededTrack open repair and maintenance work orders and communicate status updates directly to field managers and techniciansManage the vehicle end-of-lease and disposal process through Mike Albert, including coordinating vehicle condition reports and end-of-lease return logisticsBuild and maintain effective vendor relationships and resolve issues for the field related to fleet services and supportEnsure accurate recordkeeping for audits and financial reviewIdentify opportunities to improve fleet processes and systemsSupport additional projects and activities as necessaryPosition Requirements3+ years of supply chain/fleet management experience preferredBachelor’s degree in a business discipline is preferredStrong technical and analytical skills necessary to provide input and/or build reports and analysis that substantiate research and findingsModerate to advanced skills with key business applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and OutlookMust be highly motivated and possess strong communication skills necessary to articulate Dent Wizard’s programs and business strategies that drive demand and position the company as the segment leaderMust be a self-starter and detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and change, with the ability to support multiple projects and business functions concurrentlyIdeal candidate will be passionate about learning, be collaborative, flexible, demonstrate initiative and demonstrate the ability to navigate and resolve complex issuesAutomotive parts and service experience is strongly preferredCompetencies RequiredRelationship BuildingInfluenceBusiness AcumenCritical ThinkingResults OrientationOrganizational AgilityInitiativeCustomer FocusDiagnostic SkillsStrategic ThinkingOperational ExcellenceVendor and Supplier ManagementPhysical Job RequirementsTravel 10%–15% as requiredContinuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screenAll applicants being considered for employment must pass a pre-employment screenings including a drug screening and background check as a condition of employment.The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.The starting compensation is expected to be:$70,000 -$73,000/yearWe offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
