Responsibilities include advising customers on financing, ensuring timely funding, and collaborating with the sales team to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with regulations. Qualifications require at least two years in dealership finance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of dealership experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Must possess the ability to close a deal.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide financing recommendations to customers and present additional product offerings to enhance vehicle ownership.
• Work with sales management to establish a program ensuring a 100-percent turnover to Finance.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction.
• Maintain proficiency and required certifications for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.
