Job summary

Heritage Hyundai Towson is seeking a top-performing Finance Manager to join our elite F&I team and drive profitability through compliant, transparent vehicle finance processes.

With 2+ years in automotive finance, you will leverage relationships with lenders and manufacturers to optimize deals, while coaching sales staff to maximize profitability and meet goals. This on-site role offers strong earning potential within MileOne Autogroup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required.
• Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads experience preferred.
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred; MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries.
• Generate additional income through sales of additional protection for vehicles, including service contracts and maintenance plans.
• Benchmark dealership production goals with the GM to measure growth and achievement of F&I goals.
• Maintain relationships with finance sources (lenders and manufacturers) to ensure best terms with customers.

Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries
• Generate additional income through sales of additional protection for vehicles, including service contracts and maintenance plans
• Benchmark each dealership's production goals with the cooperation of the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of the dealership's F&I goals
• Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers

Finance Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required
• Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads experience preferred
• Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork
• Ability to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree, preferred
