• Proven success managing both variable and fixed operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience with dealership financials, KPIs, and inventory management.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and digital retailing tools.
• High level of accountability, professionalism, and work ethic.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving profitability, developing teams, and overseeing all aspects of dealership operations, including both variable and fixed departments. We are looking for a results-driven leader with a strong track record of success who is ready to take full ownership of store performance and growth.
