Autos of Chicago is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead financing for retail deals in Arlington Heights. The role focuses on securing approvals with multiple lenders and presenting F&I products while maintaining compliance and strong lender relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of Automotive F&I experience, strong knowledge of lender programs, and a proven track record in profitability and product penetration, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years Automotive F&I experience.
• Strong knowledge of lender programs and deal structuring.
• Proven track record with product penetration and profitability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and compliance focused.

Responsibilities

• Structure and secure financing for retail automotive deals
• Present and sell finance and insurance products (VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, etc.)
• Work with multiple banks and lenders to secure approvals
• Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate and compliant
• Maintain strong lender relationships
• Achieve backend product penetration targets
• Maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction standards
• Work closely with sales managers to finalize deals quickly and efficiently
