Job summary

North Bay Hyundai is seeking an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to lead the F&I process, partnering with the sales desk to move deals from agreement to funding. • Automotive dealership experience required.
• F&I experience strongly preferred.
• Proven record selling finance and protection products.
• Knowledge of financing, leasing, lender requirements, and funding.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to explain options clearly to customers.
• Experience with dealership software and electronic menus.
• Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Introduce yourself promptly after the customer agrees to purchase and explain the next steps.
• Complete a customer interview to understand driving habits, ownership plans, and vehicle protection needs.
• Present a complete F&I menu and explain applicable products, including service contracts, GAP, and maintenance coverage.
• Help customers complete cash purchases or secure financing and lease terms.
• Work with lenders to obtain approvals and resolve funding requirements.
• Prepare accurate contracts, verify required documents, and follow deals through funding.
• Follow applicable federal and state requirements and dealership policies.
• Work closely with sales managers to provide a smooth handoff and timely delivery.
• Meet dealership goals for product penetration and F&I gross while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and help improve the sales and finance process.

North Bay Hyundai is looking for an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager who can deliver strong results while providing an excellent customer experience.

We need someone who takes ownership of the finance process, works closely with the sales desk, and keeps deals moving from customer agreement through funding. The right candidate can build trust with customers, present products clearly, and maintain accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

Previous automotive dealership experience is required. Prior F&I experience is strongly preferred.

Qualified candidates should have:
