Capital Nissan of Wilmington is seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Finance Managerto join our leadership team. If you’re passionate about helping customers find the best financial solutions while maximizing profitability, we want to hear from you!

The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for assisting customers with financing options and aftermarket product selections. You’ll work closely with the sales team to structure deals, secure financing, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. This is a high-impact role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Present financing options and aftermarket products in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner
• Secure competitive financing through various lenders
• Prepare and review all loan contracts, product agreements, and related paperwork
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure deals are structured effectively and submitted promptly
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and dealership policies
• Track performance metrics, product penetration, and profitability
• Deliver an exceptional experience to every customer

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership setting
• Proven ability to close deals and maximize finance and product revenue
• Deep understanding of automotive sales, financing, and F&I regulations
• Strong lender relationships and the ability to secure approvals quickly
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and customer service mindset
• Proficiency in dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is preferred
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
• Valid driver’s license
