Jim Coleman Infiniti/Nissan is currently seeking additional Finance Managers to join our team!

Jim Coleman Automotive is a third-generation, family-owned dealership established in 1968 by Mr. William Coleman. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the DMV area since the 1950s. Mr. Coleman aimed to create a dealership with exceptional customer service standards, anticipating higher expectations from Bethesda residents and Washingtonians. His vision was to deliver a unique, customer-focused car buying experience, a legacy continued by his son Jim, who expanded the company's brand offerings in the 1980s and 90s, including Toyota, Infiniti, Honda, Jaguar, and Land Rover dealerships. Today, Jim Coleman Automotive operates 9 franchises across Maryland, including locations in Bethesda, Silver Spring, Clarksville, and Ellicott City. The dealership is now led by brothers Patrick and Brendan Coleman, who strive daily to enhance the business and expand the Jim Coleman brand.

Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications

• 1+ year dealership experience
• 1+ year sales experience
• Experience in structuring deals and closing product sales
• Monitoring the F&I sales process to maximize profitability
• Proficiency with ERA-Ignite, Dealertrack, and menu presentation/setup
• Experience presenting service contracts, GAP, and other ancillary products
• Overseeing dealership customer loan origination and approval processes, maintaining strong lender relationships
• Accurately preparing federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submitting it promptly to the accounting department
• Establishing and maintaining monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and CSI scores
• Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Weekend availability is required
