A leading company in Boca Raton is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to detail. **Overview**
The primary role of the Finance Manger is:
+ To provide accurate financial information, allowing the Business Units to achieve their operational goals.
+ To manage the month-end close accounting process, and then provide management reporting and analysis of the results.
+ To develop the Annual Operating Plans, with regular Forecasts and Outlooks.
+ Developing complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Planning and Budgeting
+ Preparation of Annual Operating Plans
+ Preparation of regular Forecasts and Outlooks
+ Create detailed plans for projects undertaken
+ Supporting the Business
+ Prepare, expand and develop analysis tools to help measure operational performance and provide insight on business decisions
+ Ensure accurate reporting and provide interpretation analysis of Monthly financial performance for Corporate and Field leaders.
+ Manage month-end close accounting processes.
+ Proactive in managing changes and developments in the business
+ Balance sheet review and reconciliation
+ Delivering Excellence
+ Operate in a Continuous Improvement mindset.
+ Identify weaknesses in controls and improvements to be made in terms of cost-savings
+ Demonstrate motivation and commitment to role in a fastmoving / forward-thinking environment
+ Provide analytical support for special projects
+ Networking and Communicating
+ Communicate useful, accurate and relevant information to Managers within the business to support their decision-making process
+ Coordinate effective communication between Business Units to gain agreement and alignment to overall Plans/Forecasts.
+ Managing People and Resources
+ Manage time both in organization of project work and managing month-end close
+ Develop leadership skills/ encourage and support junior members of department
**Education and Experience:**
+ Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Area of Study: Accounting/Finance
+ Years of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field
+ Type of Experience: Accounting/Finance
+ Supply Chain experience preferred
+ Special Certifications: CPA preferred
+ Technical Competencies & Information Systems: major ERP experience with strong Excel and financial tools expertise.
+ Skills & Abilities:
+ Strong written and verbal communication
+ Achieve accurate results under time-pressures of month-end
+ Show ability with complex modeling
+ Able to prioritize areas for project organization
+ Language Skills: English both written and oral. Multilinguistic not required

**Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule:** The salary range for this role is $75,500/year to $117,950/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
