Job summary

DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to lead our customer finance process, both in person and through digital retailing tools. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of F&I management experience in a high-volume dealership, a solid understanding of lending guidelines and compliance, and a proven ability to present finance and warranty products confidently.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance.
• Professional, confident menu presentations.
• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer finance process, both in-person and through our digital retailing tools.

• Collaborate with sales professionals to structure profitable deals.
• Secure lender approvals and handle title paperwork accurately and on time.
