DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore is seeking an automotive Finance Manager to join our high-performing team. If you’re an experienced F&I professional looking to maximize earnings and work with a forward-thinking dealership group, we want to hear from you.

Potential earnings based on experience up to $240K+, with opportunities to advance within the DARCARS Automotive Group. Evening and Saturday availability is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance.
• Professional, confident menu presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer finance process, in-person and through digital retailing tools.
• Present and sell finance and warranty products with confidence and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales to structure profitable deals.
• Secure lender approvals and handle title paperwork accurately.
• Maintain top-tier CSI scores and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on DMV laws and finance regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office
