Job summary

Hawkins Chevrolet in Danville, PA is seeking an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to own the daily operations of the F&I office. Present finance and protection products to customers and structure deals with lenders.

You will work closely with sales and accounting, ensuring timely funding and compliance across state and federal requirements. This role rewards organization, accountability, and leadership, with opportunities to implement e-contracting and improve process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have automotive F&I experience and a strong understanding of lender guidelines and funding.
• Candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented with ownership of each deal from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills and professional customer service are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work closely with sales and accounting teams.
• Experience submitting credit applications through systems like Dealertrack is a plus.
• Knowledge of e-contracting and adherence to compliance standards is preferred.
• A proactive, responsible, and customer-focused approach is essential.
