Job summary

New Holland Auto Group is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to lead the dealership's F&I operations, ensuring compliant, efficient financing and insurance presentation to customers across our multi-brand lot.

The ideal candidate will maintain lender relationships, promote F&I products, manage paperwork, and collaborate with sales to optimize the customer buying experience, while staying current with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance and insurance management preferred, but not required.
• Understanding of lending structures and F&I product offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Present financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure favorable terms.
• Offer and sell vehicle protection products such as extended service plans, GAP insurance, and tire & wheel packages.
• Ensure all deal paperwork is accurately completed, submitted, and funded in a timely manner.
• Achieve and exceed F&I performance targets and product penetration goals.
• Stay up to date with federal, state, and local regulations related to vehicle sales and finance compliance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the customer buying process.
• Utilize Reynolds & Reynolds DMS for deal entry, contracts, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Conduct regular training with the sales team to improve F&I referral quality and product understanding.
• Handle customer questions and resolve finance-related issues quickly and professionally.

Position Summary:

New Holland Auto Group, a trusted name in the community and a multi-brand automotive dealership, is seeking an Experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager. The ideal candidate will lead the dealership's finance and insurance operations, ensuring a seamless and compliant process for our customers while maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner
• Maintain strong relationships with a variety of lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive terms
• Offer and sell vehicle protection products such as extended service plans, GAP insurance, and tire & wheel packages
• Ensure all deal paperwork is accurately completed, submitted, and funded in a timely manner
• Achieve and exceed dealership F&I performance targets and product penetration goals
• Stay up to date with federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle sales and finance compliance

Qualifications:

• Reynolds & Reynolds or other dealership management systems experience is a plus
• Understanding of lending structures, credit applications, and F&I product offerings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations (e.g., Truth in Lending, Privacy Act, Red Flags Rule)
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
• Experience working in a multi-brand dealership environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
