Job summary

#1 Cochran Toyota in Irwin, PA is actively seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager to guide customers through financing and product options, while ensuring precise documentation and compliant funding. You will help structure profitable deals and manage the end-to-end financing process.

The role requires expertise in dealership finance procedures, strong lender relationships, and excellent communication. PA Notary is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of automotive finance experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proven record of product sales and finance penetration.
• Strong relationships with lending institutions with references.
• PA Notary license a plus.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
